Established in 2013, Global Marine Support has successfully operating and provided a multi-disciplined marine support engineering and crewing services to the Marine industry. Our clients, from various industry segments, Cruise, Cargo as well as Off-shore have benefitted from our professional and dedicated service world-wide. The company has formed to provide shipboard repairs, mainly with riding squads, travelling to vessels trading worldwide. In response to customer demand, Global Marine Support has strengthened its market position through crewing services and partnerships with locals worldwide to offer complimentary services. Today Global Marine Support offices are located in Europe and UK with plans to expand to Asia and Australasia.
OUR TEAM
Our personnel have extensive experience within the cargo, offshore and cruise industry. We completed flowmeters installations on CMA CGM vessels and various repairs on board cruise vessels. Our company is ideally placed to provide steel repairs, engine overhauls, tank cleaning, blasting and painting, boiler repairs, UTM, cabin’s refurbishment, and upgrades of all kinds. We are confident that our workforce’s ‘skill-set’ ensures that we have the capability to tackle almost any requirements through our experienced workmanship: fitter welders, platers, pipe-fitters, steel fabricators, fitters mechanics, turners, insulators, electricians, riggers, scaffolders, plumbers, painters, blasters etc.
The high level technical support that we offer originates with quality workmanship - continuous training and certification have seen us emerge as a much stronger company. All our personnel have class approved certificates issued by IACS and they comply with STCW rules and regulations.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Project management plays an essential role in our professional services supported by our riding squads and world- wide network of suppliers.
- By appointing a project manager we keep tight control of the actual work giving a fixed price therefore the client knows exactly what he is paying for.
- Any shipboard maintenance problem is reviewed and solutions are tailored to client individual requirements.
